We have a licensed version reportportal, namely 3.0 build 174. Try to update it because we need to be compatible with firefox and latest versions of IE, but to finish the update to access the system gives us:

"Your evaluation period has expired.
To purchase the product online please go to: "

We've done something wrong when upgrading? missing some step? or this is a licensing issue coverage?

Yes, it is a licensing coverage issue. Please contact to extend your license.
