• Both Member and Cell level actions are supported
• Only URL based actions are supported
• Right click on a member to the list of action for it
• The hyperlink can point to a SQL report.  See the Managing Reports/ Report Link for OLAP Actions for details.

Another way to see actions is to right click a cell and select "Actions".
