The short answer is no, currently you can only specify one domain (under Admin > Settings > Security > Windows Domain Name). The work around for this limitation is to:
1) Create user manually under Admin > Users. 2) Set Windows User Name for the user that would also include the domain like Domain2\User2 3) If you are using "Windows" Security Authentication Mode switch to "Mixed" Security Authentication Mode.
