Hi,
Can you assign users permission to print reports, or can not print?
The property is the user and not the report, so thus can assign users to print any report, and assign users who are unable to print any type of report.

The short answer is no. Currently, you cannot restrict printing based on a user or a role.

However, you can restrict printing in view mode based on a report options. Please open the OLAP report in design mode, click Options and Toolbar tab.
