Enhancements:
1. ReportPortal is migrated from .NET Framework 1.1 to 2.0
2. Pass-through Authentication can now work in conjunction with Windows and Mixed Security Authentication Modes. When Windows authentication is enabled on the login.aspx page, the application will prompt and save the user Windows password the very first time.

4. New report type: Data Entry Validation a. Hidden by default b. Can be used to improve the accuracy when data is entered twice. Data Entry Validation provides a way to identify and fix records that don't match. The validated record can be updated in both tables or inserted into a third table.
