Is there any additional material on the creation of a bubble chart. I can not get the "time" slider to apear on a chart. Is time on the X or Y axis?

Thanks for the response and the link. But my question / point is that the interactive time slider never appears. I just get a chart with bubbles. Is there some setting or action that I am missing?
