My client has created new domain user. I have created RP user with "Synch Users" function. But this new user can't log into RP. Error message is #8220;User bi-test couldn#8217;t be logged in #8221; (it is translation from polish). Can You suggest what is the reason for this problem? All old RP users are working without problem.

Posted - 07/23/2010 : 01:58:43 Both tests passed ok. IIS Authentication method is set to #8220;Windows#8221;. If I enable Anonymous, domain logging stop working (after opening RP You have to type user and password), but new user still can#8217;t log in.

1) Please go to Admin > Settings > Security > Enable pass-through authentication > Test.
2) Admin > Settings > Security > Security Authentication Mode > Test
Which IIS Authentication method (Anonymous, Basic or/and Windows) did you pick for ReportPortal virtual directory? Please try to pick Anonymous method with Anonymous using being a domain account. |

After import user don't have password (Admin > Users). (Some users have these posision also blank and don't have problem with working in RP)
Filling these posisions don't fix the problem. |

What is your Security Authentication Mode (Admin > Settings > Security > Security Authentication Mode)?
Please find and select the imported user using Admin > Users. Will changing Password or Windows Password fix the problem?
