Hi, I would like to update my ReportPortal 4.0, Build 187, July 8, 2014 to the last versión of RP : 5 OS: Windows 2012 Standard, MSSQL: 2012 Standard Does exist any update procedure?
The policy for reinstatement of lapsed maintenance is:
* Between 30 days and 2 years past expiration. The Maintenance Plan can be renewed from the date the maintenance lapsed. There is no reinstatement fee.
* 2 to 3 years past its expiration date. After a 2-year lapse, the Maintenance Plan is terminated. We offer a 50% discount toward the purchase of an equivalent new license. You must purchase within 3 years of the expiration date. A new Maintenance Plan will go into effect based on the new purchase date.
* More than 3 years past its expiration date. The Maintenance Plan is terminated. You must purchase a new license.
