I am not getting any choices for server, catalogue or cube when requesting a cube and dimensions. What can be wrong? I am trying to look at cubes on an analysis server that resides locally on the box. everything is configured right but I am getting a.... xfaultstring->Service unavailable xfaultsoap->null......error. what could be up? thanks for the help!

1) Please install Microsoft's XML/A SDK 1.0 http://www.reportportal.com/msxainst.exe
2) Create virtual directory "xmla" that points to the “C:\Program Files\Microsoft XML For Analysis SDK\isapi” folder
3) Change the execute permissions for the "XMLA" virtual directory to “Script and Executables”
4) Change "XMLA" virtual directory to use anonymous authentication with a user account that has full access to the Analysis Services.
5) Update the datasources.xml to point to your OLAP Server
6) Please try using the SDK sample application to make sure that XMLA SDK is properly installed.
7) Try restarting IIS and rebooting the computer if you cannot connect via the SDK sample application
