Posted - 04/02/2018 : 06:13:07 This is a two part issue. The demo software did not run the full duration of the demo period. It is supposed to run for 60 days and it stopped at a period less than 60.
Second and most importantly, i'm unable to apply my license keys after the demo install. I've attempted to uninstall the demo and re-install. At no point am i prompted for the license information. Please help. Report portal is no longer accessible.

Posted - 04/02/2018 : 21:32:44 1. How exactly did the evaluation version stop? The login page should show how many days are left. Were you blocked from logging in before the number of days was less than zero?
Did you install the latest build (198)? Please note that on older build cannot be used for evaluation before it will expire in about a year regardless of the installation date.
2. The evaluation version will not ask for the license key. You show request the license version from support@reportportal.com with will ask for the older number during the installation.
