Posted - 08/03/2012 : 08:52:41 When we try to launch update we get the following message: virtual directory does not exit: reportportal_163. We checked this in our file system and can see this folder. What should we do to solve this problem. Thanks and regards, Michael

i was just trying to install the latest RP version, and I've got the following error message:

I have already downloaded the latest xlmasetup, as described above, but the same error occured.

1) Download and unzip: http://www.reportportal.com/download/XmlaSetup.zip 2) Backup old file and copy the unzipped file to: C:\inetpub\wwwroot\ReportPortal\bin\XmlaSetup.exe
