• Click the "Export" toolbar button and select PDF. The Result table will be exported to PDF.

• Click the "Export" toolbar button and select to Excel. The Result table will be exported to Excel.

• Click the "Export" toolbar button and select HTML. The Result table and chart will be exported to and HTML page and user will be prompted with "File Download" dialog.

When ReportPortal is not located on an Intranet web server, Internet Explorer can may display the following message at the top of the browser:

You can click on the message and choose "Download File" or prevent this message from ever appearing by adding your ReportPortal site to Local Intranet via Tools > Internet Options > Security tab.

Alternatively an administrator can enable "Second Click Export" feature by going to Admin > Settings > OLAP Report > Exporting > Second Click Export. When using this feature, the users will have the chance to download the exported file by clicking on the export toolbar button for the second time.
