Hi ,
I have a report which has cells highlighted in color. When i export the report in excel format the highlight color does not appear in the excel file. I have a test report called 'Test color Export in Excel' which you can use for this testing.

Excel 2007 exporting is still limited. Please try exporting to Excel 2003 format.

Hi,

thanks for that; we can confirm this works for Excel 2003 but we prefer to now use Excel 2007 export for different reasons. Do you have a plan on introducing back those export features such as the cell color into Excel 2007 export, and if you do, when do you think this will become available? Thanks.

Yes, we do have plans to add cell color into Excel 2007.

We are using Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010. When will reports with cells highlighted in colour that are exported into Excel show correctly?

Hello, I tested this in your latest Demo version. It appears this does not work for me. Have any idea on when this could be fixed.

This feature was not available in build 204.

1. What is the report type (OLAP, SQL) you most need this for?
2. Would enabling Data tables excel functionality work for you? This would export current page only.

Thank you for your reply.
The conditional format is required for OLAP report.
Ideally I prefer conditional format for the whole report.
If this is not possible then conditional format for current page would help.
