Our customer is having an issue with email templates. We embeed an image in the email as http://www.clientweb.com/img/image.png">
In Gmail mails, we recibe the image immediately, but our customer has Outlook as email server and the recieve the image, but it takes a while to show (like 1 minute or so).
So the question would be. Is a known issue from outlook, it's any configuration that we can do so it appears immediately in any email server.
