Hello,

when we try to export a drilltrough to excel (more than approx. 1000 lines) we get the following error message:

we have tried to made the changes in web.config but without success

could you help us to fix that issue

Please remotely access your server, login to ReportPortal and try to reproduce the problem. Do you see the error description now?

Is ReportPortal virtual directory using .Net 4.0 or .Net 2.0?
