Hello, We have updated RP to build 182, not sure if this issue is related with the new build but Pie Chart Tree and Bar Chart Tree is not working on IE. (Chrome and Firefox works fine) The error is the following: El objeto no acepta esta propiedad o mtodoLnea: 1 Carcter: 78Cdigo: 0URI: http://biserver/reportportal/PieTree/svg.js Can you please let me know if I need to install or configure something? I tried with IE8, IE9 and IE10, same issue on both. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much! Sorry for taking me so long to reply. Seems some configuration was causing this problem, now is working properly, slower than Firefox or Chrome but it works, probably I will need to revisit the cube structure and enhance performance on that side. Thanks!

Hello, I performed the upgrade to ReportPortal 4.0 and I have the same problem with IE and the Pie Chart Tree reports. How can I make the update to build 183? Thank you for your help.

Do you see this problem in IE 10 compatibility view? If you have a valid license you should be use Live Update to upgrade to build 183. If you have evaluation you need to download the latest build and re-install.

Hello, I have a valid license and I verify that I have installed the build 183, however I can't generate the pie chart tree reports nor the bubble chart reports. I'm using IE 9 Thanks for your help.

Please remove Temporary Internet Files in the Internet Explorer. Uncheck the Preserve Favorite Website Data option.

Hello, I have IE 9 but I took the test in IE 10 and the error is the same. Is important to mention that the version 3.0 of Report Portal worked fine and the problem was presented to perform the upgrade to version 4.0. Thanks.

Please make sure you placed the files in the right location. If you used live update the current location would be C:\inetpub\wwwroot\ReportPortal_183. Open IIS console and see where ReportPortal virtual directory is pointing to.

Hello, The received files are in the folder specified as follows: "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Reportes\bin\ReportPortal.dll" "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Reportes\common\Xml.js" "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Reportes\rolap\ReportTable.js" I've cleared the cache and still not working. I performed the test on Chrome, Mozilla and Safari and works perfectly but in IE (any version) does not work. Thanks
