We are getting user complaining they are not getting the reports once going to ie10. You see the menu's but once you select the report it will not show any data. No errors seem to be popping up, just a blank report.

Build 182 will support IE 10. For now please use IE 10 with the Compatibility View.

The identical issue is now appearing on IE9 with build 182. Javascript error is thrown :

"Line 1, char 5813. The value of the property 'SetE10' is null or undefined, not a function object. URL : http://clarity.fusion-group.net/reportportal/olap/MdxConnect.js"

It doesn't occur on IE8.

Please try to reproduce the problem on the demo server. It has build 182.

It appears to be a faulty IE or Java installation on a specific user machine - other PCs with IE9 running are displaying report content correctly. Not a ReportPortal issue.

Have you tried to delete the IE file cache?

Yes, I will try other things when the user returns to the office next week.
