Hello, I have a problem when I do the subscription to a Sql Report to deliver it in specific hour. I added two users to sucription but the report is delivered to only one of them. I have ReportPortal 3.0

Can somebody help me?

Thanks for your help.

NOTE: in the event viewer appears "Conversion failed when converting date and/or time from character string."

This sounds like a date localization problem. Can you upgrade to the latest version of the software?

For now we can't buy the upgrade, there is some other way to solve this problem until we buy the upgrade?

Please try to install the newest evaluation version on a new web server pointing on the same ReportPortal database. See if the scheduler works for the evaluation version. If you do not see any problems do the following:

1. Stop RP Scheduler service on the current web server
2. Copy "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\ReportPortal\bin\RpScheduler.exe" from the evaluation web server to the current web server
3. Start RP Scheduler service on the current web server
