In Admin/Synch Users I am able to bring in a full list of users on the DOMAIN USERS group. On selecting a user, and clicking Add Selected Users, an error is returned : "[OleDbException (0x80040e4d): Login failed for user 'IIS APPPOOL\ReportPortal'.]".

A user is attempting to log in for the first time, and it's erroring in the same manner.

NT authentication is On in Security settings.

Can you please try to set the identity of the user for ReportPortal application pool to a domain user
