Good morning,
I've just updated report portal to the new 1.75 version. after "update complete succesfully" i've restarted server. Once restarted, I opened the resport portal and when i try to load a cube from "conect to cube" in olap report it throw me an error in the script on the page:
Char:4
Error: Object doesn't support this property or method.
Code: 0
URL: http://localhost/ReportPortal/olap/MdxDesign.aspx
and ask me if i want to continue running scripts on this page.

Anyway I do or don't, it doesn't let me see the cubes and don't load.

What can I do?
Thank you very much.

Matias

Please delete IE cache (Temporary Internet Files) and try again.

Can you please try to see if you can use the demo server? It has build 175 installed on it.

Please try to uninstall and reinstall ReportPortal to a different virtual directory (ReportPortal2) or a different web server.

Hi, I'm experiencing the same problem, also at http://www.reportportal.us/ReportPortal.
But unfortunately, I cannot change Internet Explorer security settings due to company's global policies. Obviously, I've already clean cache.

What can I do with this limitation?

Which error do you get?

Hi, I get the following javascript error:

quote:

An error has ocurred in the script on this page
Line 205
Char 4
Object doesn't support this property or method
Code 0
URL http://mysite/reportportal/olap/Xmla.aspx

Nonetheless, I don't recieve this error in http://www.reportportal.us/ReportPortal now, and everything seems to work fine now. But I still get this error on my website, so it seems that you have fixed something on the reportportal.us server. Can I get these fixes? If so, how can I get them? Making a normal upgrade?

Thanks a lot!

jagall,

Are you using an evaluation or a licensed version?

Which build are you using? Go to Admin > Settings > Version. The current build is 175.

Is your website publically available? If yes, please contact support@ReportPortal.com with information on how to reproduce the problem on your website.
