When I emailed report the following error occured by manually sending or via subscription.

Faliure Sending Email.; The transport failed to connect to the server.; Cannot Create ActivX Componenet.

Please Help me what to do and thanks in advance

Is SMTP service installed and running on the web server?

Please try: Admin > Settings > Email > Test.

I checked on Admin > Settings > Email > Test

Same Error Occur.

Faliure Sending Email.; The transport failed to connect to the server.; Cannot Create ActivX Componenet.

N how I checked SMTP Services installed and running on the web server

Please take a screenshot of Admin > Settings > Email page and send it to support@ReportPortal.com
