Bug fixes:
1. Copying/Moving a report to a private sub-sub folder does not set the proper owner 2. Admin > Localize > "Hide Translated" and "Show Phrase Id " cannot be unchecked 4. PDF Folder export bug when report tree is set to be sorted manually 5. SQL Report: - Print Bug - Shared Filters - Export bug - PDF Export when any cell is less than 4 characters
