Why user, that is only reader, can delete the report?

Please help us reproduce this problem on this demo server: http://www.reportportal.us/ReportPortal

There is a user (Mani) that has read access to OLAP folder only. Go to Admin > Users, select the user and click Impersonate. If you can reproduce this problem please provide the necessary steps.
