I am using Analysis Services 2008 and ReportPortal 3.0, Build 166, Oct 14, 2009

I develop KPIs in Analysis Services 2008 and call them in Report Portal. I develop these KPI in a Parent Child format.

Example:
--------
KPI1
KPI2
KPI3
KPI4
KPI5

In Analysis Services 2008 it show in above format but it not displaying in a proper way in Report Portal.In report portal it display in below format.

KPI1
KPI2
KPI3
KPI4
KPI5

I dont wat am i doing wrong.

Analysis Services 2008 seem to have a bug that prevents KPI parent info from being displayed. You can see this by running the statement below in SQL Server Management Studio against your Analysis Services server:

select * from $SYSTEM.MDSCHEMA_KPIS

KPI_PARENT_KPI_NAME field is blank.

Here you can see that Analysis Services 2008 Adventure Works sample database does not show correctly in Excel 2007:

Are your KPIs being properly displayed in Excel 2007?

Dear Naseer and Report Portal Admin
I think we should post this bug to Microsoft get a patch release for this.
