Hi,

My problem is one of my users can't export an OWC report to excel because the export to excel button is disabled. I can't seem to find the problem because everyone else can use the button, without any extra setting.

Any ideas ? Thx in advance

Which version of excel does the user have?

The problem is not on my user's excel type. I know this because the button is enabled in my main computer that doesn't have MS excel.

The button is disabled, not having an error.

We need to know the version of Excel and the version of OWC that user has selected to in order to identify the problem.
