HI, I tried to use the password request form (ForgotPassword) but the user receives no email, there is any option to setting for this utility. There is another way to recover the password of a user ? Thank's Gianluca
Hi, yes I configured email setup in admin setting and the test works fine, the email report works also, only ForgotPassword doesn't work. NB: I use an external SMTP server
What is your Security Authentication Mode set to? (Admin > Settings > Security). Please note that in Windows Security Mode the password be sent unless the user is an admin.
I do not know if that was the problem, but the system email address configured was the same as the administrator, I changed the address by creating a new email different from administrator and now everything works. Thank's a lot By Gianluca.
