I have a few users here who cannot get to report portal with pass through set up. They are repeatedly prompted to log in and keep failing. I have tried several things.
1. They can get to another web app "Alfresco" that uses pass through.
2. To eliminate an issue with their browser, I tried logging on to another PC with their credentials and cannot get to reportportal on that machine. Logged in as myself and I could. Tried Alfresco and they could.
3. I deleted them and added them back using Synch Users they still connot get in.
One of them is an important user and I need to get them in ASAP.
Go to Admin > Users and select your user that cannot login using pass through authentication. If Windows (NT) user name has domain in it remove it. For example, if the user is damin1\user1 change it to user1.
