I know that I can create a report out of a hyperlink, but is it possible to embed a hyperlink into an existing report?

You can put a HTML into the report description. The HTML for a link is:
<a href='MyURL'>Link Text</a>

Great, thanks! Is there also a setting to enable it so the link opens a new window, as opposed to taking over the existing window?
