Hi,

I've tested the subscription by email feature of the application.

In my case it seems that the images (charts and gauges from the KPI) are not included in the email with HTML. In the source I see a "src = ../images/Kpi2005/Gauge_Asc2.gif" instead of the a full path to the image.

The same happens for the reports received by email as Excel files.

Also, my report contains both data and charts but only the data is sent and the charts not.

Thank you for identifying the problems.

Exporting an OLAP report with KPI graphics should be fixed in a feature build. The current work-around is to use Calculated Measure dialog to change the formula from a relative path to absolute path.

Relative: ../images/Kpi2005/Gauge_Asc2.gif
Obsolete: http://MyServerName/ReportPortal/images/Kpi2005/Gauge_Asc2.gif

Chart exporting is not supported by the subscription feature. There are no immediate plans to support it.
