When you are subscribed to a report that has some conditional formatting, the excel that you receive in the email doesn't show the formatting.... If you export the report directly it is exported with the formatting??? Any ideas how to fix this???

Regards,

Julio.

Please try to recreate the report and recreate the schedule.

In any case, please send an email to support@ReportPortal.com describing the problem in details. Are you able to reproduce the problem with a sample (Foodmart 2000 or Adventure Works) database? If yes, can you please send a screenshot to the above email?

Your email is not valid (support@reportportal.com). I have delivered data excel as example of result automatic email from RP (subscriptions). There are some record in one field, its active color (conditional formatting), while the other not used. Like this :

A 11,802.79 14,468 81.58% (red) - not color
B 31,673.03 36,038 87.89% (red) - not color
C 19,203.49 23,740 80.89% (red) - not color
D 19,993.49 21,274 93.98% (yellow) - active color
E 14,950.39 18,088 82.65% (red) - not color
F 15,190.03 14,231 106.74%(green) - not color

This excel file result from recreate report and recreate the schedule.

Dear Budi,

The most recent build 160 should have fixed this bug. In case you still have this problem, please try to reproduce it with a sample (Foodmart 2000 or Adventure Works) database. This way your problem can be reproduced in another environment. Please right click on the report (in the report tree) and select “Export” option. Send the report definition XML file to support@ReportPortal.com.

If you have problem sending email to support@ReportPortal.com please contact our local representative.

If you have Analysis Services 2005 and would like to get Foodmart 2000 sample database download backup file http://www.reportportal.com/download/FoodMart2000.zip. Open "SQL Server 2005 Management Studio. Right click on "Databases" and choose "Restore..."
