Hi Team,

I'm exploring and interested in Report Portal.
When doing the schedule report setup, I had an error message:

Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: #5.7.1 Your access to submit messages to this e-mail system has been rejected.

The SMTP settings are correct and the test email is successfully sent.

Any ideas why the issue occured and how to solve it?

Two services, RP R script runner and Rp Scheduler, are running. Are there any related services to run?

The From address sometime has to match the authenticated account.

What are your email settings (Admin Settings > Email)

Thank you, admin!
It seems working at the first try but then it stops sending the email subscription.
Another thing is, I've change the default email as my email but email received as
yourname@yourcompany.com.
Please advise what to do/ check.
