aurora	Posted - 09/14/2004 : 03:15:26 I've no problem executing XMLA browser with XML for Analysis SDK version 1.0. However, since I want to try out the report portal, I've no choice but to install XML for Analysis SDK version 1.1. Since then, I fail to run the XMLA browser program, it keeps on popup with error "XMLAnalysis error 88BA0500. Unable to process the request, because the DataSourceInfo property was missing or not correctly specified." XML Analysis SDK does not allow both version sitting on the same machine. Once I installed Version1.1, Version1.0 was erased even though I chose different directory installation name. Questions: 1.What modifications needed for XMLA browser program for it to run on XML Analysis SDK version 1.1? 2.Is there any work around for both XMLA SDK up and running on the same machine? Million thanks for help.
