We are getting an error in our subscriptions:
"Failure sending mail., Inner Exception: Unable to connect to the remote server"
We made a change last weekend changing the server for ReportPortal. We keep same name, build199, Rpscheduler is running. Do we need to set something else?

Please try changing the SMTP server setting

Thanks for your reply.
I tested and same error, so I am assuming the problem is with the smtp server, and not the rpscheduler service.

Please go to Admin > Settings >Email > Test. Are you able to to send an email?
