janbrownhou	Posted - 05/02/2007 : 08:22:58 Env: SQL2005, WinSvr2003, Build 137 When we designate a user to be a write and select a couple of reports that they are authorized to create, they can create any report. when they click on the design tab, all reports are visible and they can create any of them.

Please uncheck it. 1) To allow users to publish certain types of reports go to use admin (Admin > Users) and select the report types user should see. 2) To allow users publish reports to a folder open folder security (Design > security) and add your user add a publisher
