I noticed that the logs are no longer updating.

Also I added a new user, but she has access to folders that I do not want her to have.

All the other reports are working fine, it just seems to be the sql. However my knowledge of sql is very limited and I do not want to mess around in the files & break everything.

Bruce,

Please backup you ReportPortal database, zip it and send it to support@ReportPortal.com. Please indicate the user name that is having the problem.

1) Please check that log usage is enabled for the site: Admin > Settings> Site Settings > check "Log Usage".

-->Yes this was done a while ago and I double checked and the option for log usage is still set correctly. I have over 1000 pages of data, but as of Mar 30 it stopping logging.

2) Please send more information about the "user access to folders" to support@ReportPortal.com

-->I can send this, but am not sure what you need me to send. The user seems to be set correctly (similar to other users) but she can view folders (and reports) that she should not be able to view. Other users work correctly.
