Is there a way to display the last process date for reports to a user that does not have admin rights?

Thanks,
njojo

You can add the a variable ProcessDate in the description box and if you like the variable cubename.

You only have to save once with the Report.

Any time when you process the OLAP Cube or Database the description is automatic updated without manual input.

Marco, how do I add process date to HTML OLAP Reports? Do you mean that it shows up when the user exports to html or is displayed when user runs the report?

I don't want to update the description field for every report everytime I process.

Thanks, Nancy

njojo,

You can add last process date in the description field as you save a report.

By Default you can add this to HTML OLAP Reports.
