We changed the value in Appsetting table ie maxsecondstorun from 45 to 240 seconds and restarted the IIS. Still our sql reports timeout ater 40-45 seconds causing major inconvenience.

Please advise how to increase this value?

Please go to: Admin > Settings > SQL Report > Command Timeout

(Internally MaxSecondsToRun is used for OLAP report; CommandTimeout is for SQL report.)
