Hello,

the "update in grid" option does seem to be broken in the last release of Report Portal: when a column name is containing a space, it will fail to update with an error message.

I was able to reproduce this issue on RP demo server: use "Employee Address" report in admin's "My Reports" folder, use grid view, then try to update anything in that view: you will see an error message.

I am unsure when the problem started, but I was using previously RP build 177 where it did work fine.

This is an important enough issue for us, we are using this option often enough and unfortunately most of our tables are containing at least one column having spaces in its name. Could you please see if it is possible to release an hotfix for this one ? Many thanks !

Please try this hot fix:

1. Download and unzip: http://reportportal.com/download/rp_185_dll1.zip
2. Open SQL Server Management Studio and run FilterDef.sql against ReportPortal database
3. Backup old file into an external folder and copy the unzipped file to: "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\ReportPortal(_185)\bin\ReportPortal.dll"
