Hello,

As mentioned already is some post we are evaluating ReportPortal to replace some other products in our company. It does it perfectly except on 1 point i'm having troubles.
I'll be honest the product to compete against is one of the best OLAP-Clients in the world (end-user-side) but even dropped by Cognos.
It is Executive Viewer. We use this both to access TM1 and SSAS cubes.
I know i shouldn't compare products direclty but i'll still mention some important features that EV has that will make my key-users very unhappy if they would disapear.

In EV you can ..

Rearange the order of the Members displayed by drag-and-drop
You can specify formatting (colors/fonts/numbers) by one Cell/measure/Dimension Element.
You can choose what combination of 2 dimensions to hide.

With this i defenitly don't want to put ReportPortal is a bad view, i really find it wonderfull and goes so much further then EV, but these where some basic features that our users use quite often, so i'm lookign for a solution.

1. Rearrange the order of the Members displayed by drag-and-drop

- Would it be OK if you could rearrange the order of the Members without drag and drop?

2. You can specify formatting (colors/fonts/numbers) by one Cell/measure/Dimension Element.

- Currently you can apply formatting to cell elements using conditional formatting. You can also create a Style Theme (for Cell/measure/Dimension Elements) and apply the theme to the report.

3. You can choose what combination of 2 dimensions to hide.

- Can you please give a simple example of what you mean?
