When I upload a crystal report I get :

The type initializer for 'CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.ReportDocument' threw an exception.

Please give anonymous user or everyone read/write access to: C:\Windows\TEMP

Everyone have already read/write permissions.

What could be causing this issue?

Thank you for your help

The insufficient access is the most common problem with Crystal Reports but is not the only problem. The last part of the error description (Please give anonymous user or everyone read/write access to) is misleading and will be changed is the next release.

If the OS is 64-bit Windows 7, Windows 2008 or up, make sure that ReportPortal application pool is set to 32-bit.

You might also need to reinstall CRRedist2005_x86.
