Dears,

The percentage computed column in OLAP Reports does not provide the filters that are added to the report, what is the solution?

Thanks!

The "Percent of Total" should work. To see an example, please go to demo server (http://www.reportportal.us) > My Reports > Problem with percentage column.

Please note that you might need to modify the calculated member not to use the Ancestor() MDX function (and use the unique member id instead) for the hierarchy that is used for the multi-select filter.

Hello, Thanks for the reply,

I tried all the options, the option that is by Dimension and the option is for the Ancestor.

The initial result is correct, ie that the items represent the correct percentage is 100%.

But if I exclude through the filters (multi-select) one of the items, the percentage is not recalculated, but on the contrary, continue to represent the same value, which results in a huge confusion because no items added give 100% and yet continues to display the item ALL 100%.

In summary the calculation of the measure has no items selected.

Thanks and I look forward to your prompt reply

Which percentage type do you use?

Percent of Parent - the denominator is ancestor.
Percent of Max Child - the denominator is the largest sibling.
Percent of Dimension - the denominator is the highest level of the hierarchy.
Percent of Total - the denominator is all.

Which number do you see and which number did you expect to see?
