Hello, I have problems to connect to the SSAS server, my environment is as follows:
1. SSAS Server 2008 R2, and I can connect through management studio works ok with http://localhost/olap/msmdpump.dll
2. web server where you install Report Portal, I can access the portal but I can not connect to the SSAS
I can give some idea, a client of ours is in the process of buying the tool and I could not make it work in my test environment. thanks

What only happens with Internet Explorer: XMLA Internal server error or the inability to login?

You can contact support@ReportPortal.com to determine the source of 500 - Internal server error. You can also setup XMLA manually:http://ssas-wiki.com/w/Articles#HTTP_Access

I discovered that this only happens with Internet Explorer, other browsers work properly. That should change settings in IE?

Reinstall report portal and now I can connect to the cube, but I can only access the application on the local machine by http://localhost/ReportPortal/login.aspx, if I try to login from another computer with the server name http://server / ReportPortal / login.aspx I get the home page but typing the password is not entered and does not generate any error. You can do to fix this?

500 - Internal server error

I see other problems with the installation, you may run a remote session to install Portal report and learn to do it correctly. I have no clear what the procedure as it is on a different server to SSAS and I have to install on a different port than 80 if possible would be very grateful thanks

What do you see when pasting the URL into a browser?

replace localhost with the name of the SSAS server and get the following error:

xml parsing error: not valid on the upper level of the document. at line1 at position1

Please go to Admin > Connections. Type = XMLA URL. Connection String = http://localhost/olap/msmdpump.dll and Click Test. What error do you get?
