Posted - 09/07/2010 : 11:37:41 Hi,
I'm using both Anonymous authentication and Windows Authentication on the XMLA virtual directory.
I created an "URL Trigger", then I selected on my suscription the schedule I just created . After I selected the Schedule and click "Test", I obtained a new window with an 'OK', but on the History Tab for the suscription, I'm still having the same error "No data is returned"

Please go to Admin >Schedules and create "URL Trigger" type of schedule. Next, open your subscription and select the schedule you just created. Go back to Admin >Schedules, select the Schedule and click "Test".

Posted - 09/06/2010 : 13:10:09 Hi,
It also doesn't work when I selected Delivery Type = Attachment, I obtained the same error.
I tried to run the MDX against SSAS and I obtained results.
Do I have to do any extra setting to do this??

What is the MDX returned? Does this MDX return result when you run it against SSAS?

Posted - 08/25/2010 : 13:36:59 Yes, you can pre-execute a report by creating a report subscription with delivery type = Snapshot.
In OLAP Report design mode, click the MDX button - the MDX panel will open. Now when designing the report, it will not execute. Click Build button to build MDX and click Execute button to execute the MDX. |
