You can use a web services with the Report Portal login?
I need to do this because I have an application in which I'm already logged in and need to open ReportPortal reports.

Please take a look at the URL Integration SDK (Admin > Settings > Security tab > Download URL Integration SDK).

Alternatively, a user can bypass the login page by passing user id and password using query string parameters in the following way: "login.aspx?id=admin&pw=admin"

If you are using Windows security consider using Pass-Through Authentication or windows Security Mode.

yes it is possible and also based on nt user login on a pc in network even without webservices.
