i have no chance to download the datas in sql report -
first how many datasets can i download - how big can the table?
2. what is the flag in IE that i need to check to download - i see that a file is generated, but when i want download it is deleted

You can manage how your I.E. behavior regarding to activex download on Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Custom Level
There are some options that can enable activex download or execution. You can enable some actions from there.
But that's not well suggested especially if you are also need to do any internet browsing using the same server.

1. There is no logical limit on the size of the dataset that can be downloaded. However, the physical limit might be determined by the size of RAM and speed of CPU. In other words, it might not perform well when you exceed one gigabyte.

2. Do you see the Internet Explorer Information Bar Automatic download prompt on the top of your browser like: “To help protect your security, Internet Explorer blocked this site from downloading files to your computer. Click here for options...”

If yes, did you try to click the Information Bar and choose Download?
