I have an issue to save a report when I used IE 6.0 but this issue not occurs when I used IE 7.0.

The save-webpage dialog was freezing and doing nothing when I used IE 6.0 and try to save a report to my reports folder. However, it was successfully when I try to override an existing report in my reports folder.

I used an admin user when login into ReportPortal. Another issue is most user use IE 6.0 not IE 7.0.

Thx.

Does this happen to all users?

No, still cannot. The web-page dialog is freezing after click Save Report or Add Report button.

FYI, I was adding the ReportPortal web address to trusted site that has a low security level.

Are you able to save the OWC report under a different name to a public folder?

I tried to save OWC report (OWC 11).
In addition, the issue does not happen with OLAP Report.

Thx.

Which report are you trying to save ? OLAP Report, or another report ?

I use IE 6 without problems.

No, there is no Javascript error message.

Do you see any JavaScript error in the status bar?
