Hi!
I have a problem with the access to the public reports.
Here is the situation:
There are two different data bases (two different connection) and each of them have same cubes.
First folder (and reports inside) is connected to the first data base and it is public (most of the reports inside are public also). When I define new user and the user does not belong to any role yet, he has the ability to see all public reports – it’s obvious. But the strange thing happens when I put the user to the ‘finance’ role which has the connection to the second data base. The user is not able to view public reports any more (the exceptions are OWC, KPI and SQL reports) even though the reports are visible on the list. The following errors appears: „The CUBE1 cube either does not exist or has not been processed”. It seems like the user does not has the access to the first data base any more. Of course I cannot add ‘finance’ role to first folder because „Public” is checked.
Is it the way it should be or I do something wrong?

Dear myszak,

Can you please back up the ReportPortal SQL database, zip and email it to support@reportportal.com?

The problem also involves the Admin users. After adding Admin user to ‘finance’ role he is not able to view public reports form first folder even thought checkbox Writer and Admin (the global roles) are still checked in.
